About

The Multi Cultural Community Centre is situated in the residential area of West Watford, next to St Michael and All Angels Church (C of E).

The building that houses the community centre is owned by the church and was used as the Church Hall after the present church was built. The Church ceased to use the building when the hall became too big for their purposes and Littlebury Hall was built.

The Community Centre was opened on 27 July 1985 by the then Mayor Councillor Mrs. Irene Tunstall-Dunn and was named Multi-Racial Community Centre. The centre changed its named to the Multi-Cultural Community Centre as a name more fitting to the centre and the different communities and culturals that it serves on its 21st Anniversary in October 2006.

The Centre is proud of its links with the West Watford Community Association, Watford Council for Voluntary Service and Watford Borough Council.

The Centre has a spacious main hall that can seat up to 200 people, a stage area and a kitchen. These can be hired out to groups or individuals for private functions at a reasonable rate that compares very well with other halls similar in size and purpose.

The Centre has parking spaces for up to 10 cars and there is limited off-street parking available.
